He is survived by: his girlfriend Rose Green of Silver Creek; his stepchildren, Candace Cook of New Hebron, Beth Herring of Oak Vale and Josh Turnage (Christy) of Silver Creek; his siblings, Stacy Stapleton (Clifton), Thomas L. McPhail (Charlene) of Prentiss and Timmy L. McPhail (Lisa) of Prentiss; his grandchildren, Maryssa Grimes, Marygail Turnage, Joshua Cooper Turnage (Zoey), Laylonnie Grimes, Delilah Collins, Elizabeth DeLaughter, Everleigh DeLaughter, Levi Tracy, Dominic Welch and Isla Welch; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Turnage and John Turnage.
