She is survived by: her children, Debbie Fortenberry and Tony Smith (Cindi); her grandchildren, Ryan Fortenberry (Amber), Shane Fortenberry (Randi), Brett Smith and Cassie Smith; her great grandchildren, Eddie, Luci, Easton and Tate; her siblings, Joye Jackson, Dotsy Clark, Gerald Wiggins (Edna), Connie Purvis (Earl) and Arvis Wiggins (Synithia); and her aunts, Mary Johnson, Lilith Rogers and Francis Holifield. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
