He is survived by: his wife Alberta Woodard Wilson of Prentiss; his children, Richard Van Wilson (Elizabeth) of Collins, Ricky Alan Wilson (Loretta) of Collins, Gary Wayne Wilson (Gail) of Monticello, Brenda Kay Wilson Darnell (Randy) of Brentwood, Sandra Wilson Ervin of Bassfield and Karen Wilson Saulters (Luke) of Collins; and his grandchildren, Richard Van Wilson, Jr. of Oklahoma, Regina Wilson Burnett (Chris) of Hamilton, Brandon McRaney (Hannah) of Magee, Dylan Wilson (Tiffany) of Collins, Karla Wilson Yawn (James) of Collins, Amanda Culpepper Pittman (Kevin) of Seminary, KaSandra Ervin Mixon (Marcus) of Mobile, Jeremy Wilson of Seminary, Audreanna Wilson of Seminary, Desiree Wilson of Bassfield, Kayla Saulters Wells (Daniel) of Bassfield and Tanner Saulters (Amber) of Collins. He is also survived by thirty-six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
