He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rupert "Pert" Fountain Hatcher and James Robert "Pete" Hatcher of Wilkinson County Georgia; his wife Sandra Broome Hatcher of Mississippi; his son Dale Hatcher of Cumming; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his daughter Kimberly Hatcher George of Woodstock; his son-in-law Greg; his son James Hatcher of Lawrenceville; his grandchildren, John Thomas Hatcher of Cumming, Katelyn Olrich of Ball Ground, Austin Hatcherof Dawsonville and Audrey George of Atlanta; and his great grandchildren, William, Lily, Sawyer and Jaimie.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel (2714 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474).
