Polk of Prentiss, MS; her sons, John Polk, Sr. of Prentiss, MS, Tony Polk of Prentiss, MS, Terry Polk of Prentiss, MS and Shannon Polk of Prentiss, MS; and her brothers, Prince Edward Butler of Prentiss, MS and Ledrew Butler, Jr. of Prentiss, MS.
