She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cotton and Mary Jo Cotton; her son Kenneth Collum; and her sister Kathy Willing. She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Terrell; and her daughters, Sue Ann Chapman (Jerry), Kristy Wines (Randy), Diane Crutchfield and Renee Huff (Wayne). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
