He is survived by: his sister Caroline Johnston; his daughters, Micki Smith and Haylee Ladner (Shawn); his grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Nathan Smith, Lee Smith (Meaghan), Adalyn Ladner, Ella Ladner, Everleigh Ladner, Jake Ladner, Magnolia Ladner and Malley Ladner; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Smith and Beckett Smith.
