She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Dickie" Johnston; her daughters, Angel Hendrix (Shane) and Alicia Davis (Bryan); her grandchildren, Heather Hendrix, Ian Hendrix (Jennifer Roose), Sloane Skipper (Nick), Lynette Davis, Peyton Davis and Christian Davis; and her great grandchildren, Madison Putnam, Damon Putnam, Gaige Skipper, Porter Hendrix and Xavier Davis-Turner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to First Baptist Church of Purvis, honoring Diane's lifelong commitment to compassion and service.
