He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Applewhite and Pauline Applewhite; his sister Jeanette; and his brother-in-law Billy Delancey. He is survived by : his wife Ethel H. Applewhite; his daughters, Jessica Hackler and Tiffany Seal (Matthew); his grandchildren, Sam Walker, Macy Walker, Miley Walker, Carter Walker and Isaiah Seal; and his siblings, Judy Bryant, Robert "Rex" Applewhite (Donna), Tom Applewhite (Helen), Ted Applewhite (Janet) and Hal Applewhite (Charlotte). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
