He was predeceased by : his parents, James Entrekin and Faye Entrekin; and his siblings, Charles, Jimmy Entrekin and Dianne Bennett.
He is survived by : his wife Janet Entrekin; his daughters, Martha "Mandy" Entrekin and Charleigh McPhail; his grandchildren, Jordane Drummer, J'Lynn Drummer and Antonio; his siblings, Kevin Entrekin (Andria) and Brenda Mitchell (Robert); and his sister-in-law Stephanie Entrekin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
