He is survived by: his wife Martha Skeen; his children, LauWana Culpepper (Bud), Bettina Madden (John, II), Glenda Ysais (Clifford), Susan Breazeale (Trampus) and Russell Skeen, Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Shelby Culpepper (Hannah), Hershal Breazeale, Elijah Madden, Isaac Madden, Seth Ysais (Samantha), Jacob Madden, Zachary Culpepper, Kraig Ysais, Cameron Skeen, Emily Bell (Tyler), Jenna Skeen, Rebecca Madden and Kiera Ysais; and his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Bell and Conor Bell.
