She was predeceased by : her husband Gavin Edwards; her parents, Martin Rutland and Mae Bell Rutland; and her siblings, Charity Bell Arnold, Edell Deen and Terrell Rutland.
She is survived by : her daughter Vera Mills; her grandchildren, Jon Alan Foster, Jr., Calvin Wayne Foster and Amber Nichole "Nicki" Klauk; and her great grandchildren, Jon G. Foster, Katie E. Foster, Alyssa L. Foster, Kalina C. Foster, David W. Klauk, III, Heaven J. Klauk, Conrad W. Klauk and Mia Foster. She is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
