She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Chadwick and Sara Chadwick; her sister Sara Chadwick; her mother-in-law Linda Extine; and her pet Lexaheda.
She is survived by : her children, Amber Powell of Purvis, MS, Curtis Lee of Florida, Allie Martin of Simpson Co and DJ Stewart of Pensacola, FL.; her extended family, Abby Lynn and Bubba; her sister-in-law Libby; her wife Drew; and also Rennie Chadwick. She is also survived by grandchildren.
