He was predeceased by: his father Charles Leon Day; and his grandparents, James Cleo Ivy, Sr., Hazel Evelyn Ivy, Jesse Day and Roma Day.
He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Day Jacobs (Ivy); and his brothers, Daniel Day, William Day and Shawn Scarbrough (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles.
