He is survived by: his mother Marie Fuller (Lee); his wife Barbara G. Fuller; his father Phillip L. Fuller; his siblings, Phillip D. Fuller (Linda), James Howard Davis (Judy) and Regina Fuller; his daughters, Gwen Cook (Glenn), Shea Pogue and Daphne Elkins (Tim); his grandchildren, Myles Vince, Michael Vince, Riley Cook (April), Baeleigh Cook, Colin Cook, Noah Pogue (McKenzie), Micah Pogue, Kaylee Pogue, Baley Smith, Meah Elkins and Ainnslee Elkins; his great grandchildren, Presley Cook, Reese Pogue, Rhett Smith and Magnolia Smith; his niece Kayla Downs (Jeremiah); and his nephews, Deacon Lewis (Madison), Mark Davis and Bruce Davis. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
