He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jacobs and Thelma Jacobs (Huddleston); his siblings, Kenny Jacobs and Elaine Jacobs; and his nephew Clint Jacobs.

He is survived by: his brother Donald Ray Jacobs (Patsy); his nieces and nephews, Joe Jacobs, James Jacobs (Dana), Daniel Jacobs (Julie), Glen Stephens (Vicky), Jay Stephens (Laura), Scott Stephens, Virginia Kaye Jacobs and Rachel Jacobs; and his cousins, Larry Broadway (Wanda), Jack Jacobs and Darnell Jacobs.
