He was predeceased by: his father Horace Eugene Blackwell; his stepfather Julius Lee; and his mother Vondell Darden Lee. He is survived by: his son Joshua Blackwell (Ashley) of Fleming Island, FL; his brothers, Robbie Blackwell (Jenelle) of Hattiesburg and Todd Blackwell (Katrina) of Quitman; and his grandchildren, Mallory Blackwell and Brantley Blackwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
