He was predeceased by: his father Randy Lucas; his grandparents, Howard, Marie Lucas of Quitman, MS, Henry and Ruth Boone of Brandon, MS; and his son Able "DuPrey" Steppee of Quitman, MS..
He is survived by: his mother Chiquita Lucas of Brandon, MS.; his wife Jodie Lucas; his daughters, Tilley Jo Lucas and Karley Jolie Lucas; his granddaughter Heidie Steppee; his parents-in-law, Joe E. Evans II and Bonnie Evans of Quitman, MS; his sister Jennifer Thomas of Metairie, LA; his brothers-in-law, Joe E. Evans III (Kelly) of Meridian, MS and Benjamin T. Evans of Enterprise, MS; and his nieces, Kristyn "Taylor" Thomas of Metairie, LA and Camille Blackburn of Metairie, LA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Eddiee Parker, Justin Couch, Jonathan Boone, Christian Evans, Joe Evans, Benjamin Evans Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Lucas, Scotty Lucas In honor of Neal's generous spirit, the family encourages others to give the gift of life by becoming an organ donor, and to consider monetary donations to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation in his memory.
