With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Jean Haney of Quitman, Mississippi, who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Doggett and Maymie Lula Doggett (Creighton); her siblings, Jerry Doggett and June Arrington; her son Charlie Southern; her son-in-law Curtis Andrews; and her great grandchildren, Kensley Murray and Brad Murray.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ray Haney; and her children, Scott Haney (Lynn), Renea Andrews, Latricia Abston (William) and Dyna Lachelle Lewis (Steve). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
