He is survived by : his children, Samantha Kaye Holloman and Joshua Ray Evans; his granddaughter Kayelynn Mitchell; his sister Regina Evans Davis (Tim); his mother Kaye Odom Evans (Odom); his nephew Evan Davis; his stepmother Deby Evans; and his caregivers, Candy Smith, Kasi Pugh, Deon Kern and Tim.
