It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Wayne Grayson of Quitman, Mississippi, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Grayson and Montagene Grayson; his daughter Sherri Grayson Gonzo; and his siblings, Frankie Grayson and Kathy Fleming.

He is survived by : his children, Lane Grayson, William Wayne Grayson, Jr. and Terry Grayson-Hodgins; and his sisters, Marie Sisson (Leroy) and Nancy Ansley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
