She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert F. Upton, Sr.; her parents, Deavours Brady and Beatrice Brady; her son Elbert Frank "Frankie" Upton, Jr.; her grandson Breland Boykin; her sons-in-law, Glenn Boykin and James Ingram; and her siblings, Betty Odom and Jimmy Brady.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Boykin Ingram and Kathy Patterson; her daughter-in-law Judy Creel Upton; her grandchildren, Alison Williams (Mason), Shelley Bradshaw (Gaylon), Brance Boykin (Cisly) and Elbert Frankie "Hank" Upton III (Paulina); and her great grandchildren, Bree Lynn Breaux (John Paul), Ivey Bruntlett, Brynn Boykin, Garrett Bradshaw (Bailey), Kyle Bradshaw, Brady Williams, Emma Rose Williams, Frankie Ann Upton and Elbert Frankie "Hank" Upton IV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
