It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cheryl Stuart of Raleigh, Mississippi, born in Taylorsville, Mississippi, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Quitman Williams and Mildred Leona McDaniel Williams; her brother Jerry Ray Williams; and her brother-in-law Larry Mitchel Matthews. She is survived by : her husband George William Stuart, Sr.; her children, George William "Bill" Stuart, II (Greshka) and Tracy Leigh Stuart Troth (Darrell); her siblings, Robert Lee "Bob" Williams (Vanessa), Lela Mae Matthews and Arrin Anne Mulhern (Bill); her grandchildren, Dustin Alan Neely, Madison "Madi" Ciara Stuart, Bella Ann Stuart, Xavier German and Kataleya Raven "Kat" Stuart; and also Paula Earick Stuart of Callahan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any memorials should be made to either the Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery fund (Treasurer, 26319 Hwy 35N, Raleigh, MS 39153) or for Memorial Bibles with the Gideons (The Gideons International, Smith County North, Camp 23112, P.O. Box 1078, Raleigh, MS 39153).
