She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Kennedy and Hazel Kennedy; her husband Rupert Harold Tullos Jr.; and her siblings, Jeanette Bryant, Lucy Mayfield, Beth Bryant, W. C. Kennedy Jr. (Dub) and Bobby Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Stringer (Gail) of Raleigh and Carlton Luckey (Donna) of Madison; her granddaughters, Shanna Stringer of Raleigh, Stephanie Lott (Rick) of Purvis and Amber Grace Luckey of Starkville; her great grandchild Gunner Lott of Purvis; and her siblings, Johnnie Tebo of Hattiesburg, Joan Bowen of Raleigh, Brenda Martin of Raleigh and Jimmy Kennedy of Magee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Marfan Foundation or Gateway Rescue Mission.
