He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Hallman Sr. and Inez Caldwell Hallman of Burns, Mississippi.; his wife Louise Hallman; his sister LuDora Hawkins; his sons, Donald, Russell, Billy Russell, Keith Russell, Mike Russell and Daniel Hallman; and his grandchildren, Tony Ferguson, Donald "Little Donnie" Russell, Jennifer Coleman, Tate Clayburn and Summer Whiteside.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Merry Russell, Sherry Hutson (Johnny) and Mitchell Hallman (Nikki); and his great grandchildren, Ken Wayne Russell, Jill Grubbs (Ashley), Laken Wium (Alex), Dakota Fredricks (Zach), Cheyan Smith, Jason Clayburn, Kassie Jones and Shae Lott (John).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence Lutheran Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
