He was predeceased by: his parents, John Talmage Sr. and Mary Burrows. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jane Moore (Jane); his brother Harold Gene Burrows (Julie) of Williston Tennessee; his children, Allen Burrows (Jane) of Jackson, Mississippi, Becky Bowen (Mike) of Niceville, Florida and Gary Burrows (Brenda) of Woodstock, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Madalyn Bowen Blake (Chris) of Clyo, Emily Burrows Slone (Chase) of Kennesaw and Libby Bowen of Niceville; his great grandchild Evelyn Blake; and his caregivers, Sherry Logan, Shan Carter, Ruby Carter, Carter, Tanyanda Keys and Freddie Lee.
