He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Watts, Sr., Lela and William Sykes; Krystal Guthrie. He is survived by: his parents, Bo Sykes and Sherry Sykes; his grandmother Elesie Fay Watts; his sister Teresa Quick (Travis); his nephew Vyncent Johnston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haleigh Wall (Alexander), Jeffery "Ed" Hicks and Braxton Hicks-Sykes; his grandchildren, Emerson Hicks, Easton Hicks and Russell Wall; Rachelle Sykes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sykes Family Cemetery (1930 SCR 540).
