He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Garner and Mayone Salmon Garner; his brothers, Carl Garner, Rojar Garner and Sam Garner; his brother-in-law Benny Jones; his nephews, Dlon and George Garner; and his niece Karen Garner.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hood (Paul), Brant Garner (Jodi), Marlin Garner and Glenda Moore; his grandchildren, Dalton Hood, Caroline Clemmer, Claire Garner, Catherine Garner, Jack Garner and Garrett Garner; his sisters, Mary Jones and Ann Garner; his nephews, Tim Garner, Reg Garner, John Garner, David Garner, Garner Chaffin, Mike Jones and Scott Jones; his niece Calente Tapp; and his sister-in-law Patsy Garner.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
