He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Gray and Ruby Gray; his wife Carolyn Gray; his daughter Karen Jan Earnest; his siblings, Leslie Gene Gray, Gary Gray, Gerald Dean Gray, Larry Gray and Brenda Brown; and his half-brother Carlton Moore.
He is survived by: his son Rodney Gray (Lara); his grandchildren, Sarah Watts (Tucker), Ashley Tillery (Shane) and Alex Gray (Anna Cate); his great grandchildren, Jack Gray, Peyton Weaver and Ashton Weaver; and his sisters, Judy Stancil (Larry), Martha Carol Billings and Sue Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
