She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Boozer; her stepfather Curtis Boozer; her grandson James William Prevost; and her husband William D. "Billy" Prevost. She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Karen) of Raymond, Keith (Debbie) of Dallas and Barry (Teresa) of Brandon, Mississippi. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Riggs Manor, Methodist Senior Services, Sunday Fund.
