He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Walley and Anna Walley; and his siblings, Paul Walley, Carnol Walley, Elbert Walley, Etta Walley, Verniece Walley, Mary Lois Walley and Anna "Boots" Britton.

He is survived by : his wife Clima Walley of Richton; his sons, Russell Walley of Richton and Timothy Walley (Jill) of Richton; his grandchildren, Leanna Holley (Eric) of Richton, Micah Walley (Brianna) of Holly Springs, Dakota Sherrer of Petal, Jett Walley of Richton, Dylon Stringer (Hannah) of Petal and Devin Stringer of Petal; his great grandchildren, Mireya Holley of Richton, Mayla Holley of Richton, Jace Walley of Holly Springs, Drew Stringer of Petal and Leyton Stringer of Petal; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Walley of Gordonville, TX and Annette Walley of Beaumont.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lovewell Freewill Baptist Church (42 Old Ditch Rd, Richton, MS 39476). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
