Eubanks (Johnny Ray) of Beaumont, Jamie Anderson (Kris) of Biloxi and Melinda Dykes of Madison, WI; his uncle Gerald; and his aunts, Gerri Dykes and Pauline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
