It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Hinton of Richton, Mississippi, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, E. H. Hinton and Annie Hinton; and his siblings, Arthur Hinton, Billy Jelks, Billy Godshaw and Hida Mae Hillman.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Hinton of Richton; his son Stephen White (Alisa) of Laurel; his grandchildren, Kenneth White (Courtney) of Richton, Meka White (James) of Laurel and Cody White of Clara; his great grandchildren, Annalise White of Laurel, Jaylyn Brock of Laurel and William Brock of Laurel; and his siblings, Randall Hinton (Cleo) of Richton, Troy Hinton, Sr. of Petal and Mable Whittington (Tony) of Wiggins.
