He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren E. Blake and Vera Harrison Blake; and his brother Warren Blake. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gayle Blake (Pilgrim); his children, Lisa Renee (Blake) and Brett Anderson Blake (Marla Rachelle Blake) of Canton, MS; his grandchildren, Bryana Rachelle Blackburn, Jared Kendall Blackburn, Camden Ryan Blackburn, Zaylee Grace Aaralyn Blackburn and Layton Quade Blake; and his sister-in-law Faye Blake (Warren) of Pocahontas, MS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Broadmoor Baptist Church.
