She was predeceased by: her former husband Reggie Frierson; and her parents, James Hubert and Thelma Estalee Gilbert Avery. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Reginald Frierson (Reggie); her daughters, Leah Danielle Ervin (Brian) of Brandon, MS and Helen Denise Laster (Robert) of Navarre, FL; her grandchildren, Noah Avery Ervin and Daisy Kate Ervin; and her sisters, Marti Stecina (Ray) of Brandon, MS, Ginger Carroll (Greg) of Lee's Summit, MO and Debby Constantino (Larry) of Ponte Vedra, FL..
