He is survived by: his wife Sarah Sephton Phillips; his children, Jana Howell, Scott Phillips (Jen) and Wayne Phillips; his stepson Danny Sephton (Cindy); his grandchildren, Patrick Howell, Laney Phillips, Sidney Phillips and Kyle Sephton; and his great grandchildren, Leland Howell, Paxton Sephton, Ellie Sephton, Hyacinth Sephton and Laken Phillips.
