Forest Wyatt Obituary
The passing of Forest Wyatt in Ridgeland, Mississippi occurred on August 25, 2026. Forest, born on May 27, 1934, is remembered by those who knew him. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Almeda "Doodie" Hymer and Forest "Jeffie" Earl Wyatt; and his wife Janice. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Wyatt of Redington Shores and Judy Blackwell of Lafayette, Louisiana; his daughters, Tara Mounger (Henry) of Jackson and Dr. Elizabeth Mitchell (Blake) of Ridgeland; his grandchildren, Wyatt Mounger (Liza), Collins Hansen (Samuel), Kallen Monroe (Wake) and Mirabel Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Mounger, Jr. and Laura Mounger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (101 N Bolivar Ave, Cleveland, MS 38732).
