He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McDonald and Ethelyn McDonald; and his brother-in-law Walter Heslep. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Ella; his siblings, Linda, Gary (Sandra) and Tammy Franklin (Scott); his nieces, Kristen Miller (Brent), Christina Temple (Mitch), Mary Landon Pope (Chris) and Janet Huffstatler (BJ); and his nephew Eric McDonald (Heather). He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephew, and countless friends.
