He is survived by: his children, Mechelle Sills Lowther (Barry), Jeffrey Duane Sills (Dawn) and James Sills, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, James Peyton Sills, Kaitlyn Olivia Sills, Brighton Sills Lowther, Kennedy Alexandria Lowther, Matthew Duane Sills (Emily Coker Sills) and Malarie Dawn Jones (Marcus Jones); and his great grandchildren, Hunter James Sills, Hayes Coker Sills, Hudson Davis Sills and Dalton Jones.
