He is survived by: his wife Suzan Brown; his daughters, Amanda Tucker (Jody) of Atlanta, Caroline Shaul (Roman) of Birmingham and Mary Herschel Thames (Malone) of Greenwood, Mississippi.; and his grandchildren, Kingsley, Wiley, John Herschel Tucker, Anne Kingsley, Isabel and Thompson Shaul.
