She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Majure and Erbin E. Fox; her husband Milton Harper Mitchell; her sisters, Jean Fox Hightower and Frances Fox McMullan Blackwell; and her daughter Anne Mitchell Peters.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Jimmy Caden; her daughters, Marsha Mitchell Brockman (Bill) of Ridgeland, MS and Joan Fox Mitchell Caden (Jimmy) of Brandon, MS; her son-in-law Mike Peters; her grandson Mitch Peters (Ceejaye); her daughters, Anna Mitchell, Elizabeth and Eleanor; her grandson Sam Peters (Courtney); her children, Savannah, Marshall and Milton; and her stepgrandson James Caden.
