She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Hester and Laverne V. Hester. She is survived by: her husband William Truesdale Patterson (Dale); her daughters, Trudy Owens (Howard), Bonnie Potts (Brian) and Christy Walters (Greg); and her sisters, Shirley Geary and Sybil Shaw (Boyd). She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sebrell Funeral Home (425 Northpark Dr, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to First Baptist Church of Jackson, Missions.
