Though Richard Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jamie Riddle and Sarah Haynes Riddle McMillen; and his wife Elsie Steppe Riddle. He is survived by: his children, Richard Frank "Dick" Riddle, Jr. (Kim) and Debbie Riddle Bradberry (Randall). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
