He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Funderburke and Dorothy Blount Funderburke. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Funderburke; his children, Heidi Blakely (Darryl), Shane Funderburke (Ragan), Christy Shaw (Alton) and Alec Hubbard; and his brother-in-law Mike Kent (Barbie).
