He is survived by: his wife Jennie Houston Myers; his daughter Lindsey McClure (Rob) of Madison; his grandchildren, Lily, Hadley and Emily Myers of Portland; his stepdaughter Chris Smith of Memphis; his stepgrandchildren, Alec and McKenna; his brother Don Myers (Charlotte); his nibling Claire; his sister Patsy Brooking (Carl); and his nieces and nephews, Chris Brooking Richardson (Kevin) of McComb and Carter Brooking (Taryl) of Austin, Texas..

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. James' Episcopal Church, Habitat for Humanity, or Hospice Ministries Ridgeland.
