It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Matthew Wilkinson (Ridgeland, Mississippi), who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Matthew Wilkinson, Sr. and Thelma Louise Whatley; and his brother Manual Whatley. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Wilkinson; his children, Kimberly Gray, Marie Quigly, Michele Oppie, Jessica Wilkinson, Roland Matthew Wilkinson, III, Roger Dale and Waylon Wilkinson; his stepdaughters, Hope Bishop and Amanda Holiness; and his siblings, Katherine Lott, Linda McCormack, JoAnn Salvadras, Evelyn Wilkinson, Jesse Wilkinson and Joe Rodrique. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
