It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A Todd (Ridgeland, Mississippi), who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Manseill and Annie Manseill. She is survived by: her children, Allen Willoughby (Lisa) of Colorado Springs, CO., Bubba Willoughby (Litsa) of Copperas Cove, TX. and Tracy Truelove (Doug) of Braxton, MS.; her sister-in-law Shirley Manseill; her sister Gladys James; and her grandchildren, Rebeka Wilson (Michael), BJ Willoughby (Maria) and Cody Alford. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
