He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Marie Clement and Earl Johnson Webb; his wife Pat of Louisville; and his grandson Webb Hewlett. He is survived by: his children, Ted Webb, Jr. (Sarah) of Hattiesburg, Diane Hewlett (Richard) of Starkville and Frank Webb (Dee) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Caroline Clark (Grant) of Nashville, Julia Webb of Hattiesburg, Hayes Hewlett (Molly) of Starkville, John Kyle Hewlett (Heather) of Madison, Hughes (David) of Starkville, Rich Hewlett (Athena) of Starkville, Elizabeth Ford (Ben) of Madison and Anne Rush (Logan) of Meridian; his great grandchildren, Hardy, Libba, Annie, Kennedy, Finley, Bonner (Bubba), Browning, Woods, Ann Kendall, Reed, James, Henry, Ella and Charlie; and his great great grandchildren, Lawson and Miller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The First Methodist Church of Yazoo City, Highland Colony Baptist Church of Ridgeland, or St. Catherine's Village.
