He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Edward Ingram of Cleveland and Mary Helen Dyess Ingram of Cleveland; and his nephew John Charles Russel IV of Jackson, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Ingram Russel; his nieces, Amy Russel Scruggs (Zach) and Susan Russel Dickinson (Dick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson Furlow Scruggs, Augusta Russel Scruggs, Elizabeth Helen Scruggs, Charles David Dickinson and Mary Helen Dickinson.
