He is survived by: his parents, Howard Nelton Qualls and Carolyn Revelle Qualls; his significant other Judy Dyson Qualls; his daughters, Kristen Ashley Qualls and Katie Elizabeth Qualls; his brother Derek Stephen Qualls; his sister-in-law Kelly Powell Qualls; his niece Cassady Qualls; his nephew Jackson Qualls; his parents-in-law, Yvonne and Thomas Dyson; his siblings-in-law, Dana and Ross Campbell; and his nephews, Clark and Andrew.

I had known bill for a number of years in regards to our daughters playing softball in the state of mississippi and then playing together at mississippi college. Bill was a good person and i enjoyed our conversations through out. Judy and his children are in our prayers. The world lost a good hearted man, heaven gained that heart.
